WELCOME– – In Stages
– This summer, in France, the great Tour de France cycle race took place over 21 stages, for 23 days. The riders clocked-up 3 500 kilometres on their bikes.
Some stages were very long, while others were shorter but in the mountains on steep slopes.
All the riders had trained well before such a difficult race to make sure they got over the finish line.
– For many children, going back to school is a new stage, as is each term/semester with its good or not so good results. Sometimes it’s difficult, but we need to just carry on.
Have a look at the letter to the Hebrews, chapter 13, verse 6 in the Bible, “God is there, ready to help; I’m fearless no matter what.”
Every stage is important and Jesus is with you. He will never leave you without help. He has made that promise and his words are true.
So, carry on with the race because – with the Lord – you will do wonderful things!
